Hi, I’m Rebecca

I’m a Registered Dietitian with an MS in Nutrition, and I'm excited to guide you on your journey to happier eating. At Ruah Nutrition Therapy, I specialize in supporting people who are struggling to figure out how to properly nourish themselves. Whether you have a specific eating disorder diagnosis, or you’re just tired of dieting, tired of your weight going up and down and up again, or you’re simply looking to deepen your understanding of nutrition science and your relationship with food - I’m here to support you.

I have 8 years of experience working in treatment for eating disorders and co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. My approach starts with strengthening the connection between your mind and body; I strongly believe that because each body is so unique, it’s important that we work together to understand what YOUR body is trying to tell you through your hunger, fullness, cravings, thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms, bloodwork and so much more. I also focus on body image work, to help you build a positive relationship with yourself and all of the amazing things your body CAN do for you.
